Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive tapes

Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives,HMPSA for short,mainly consist of thermal polymeric materials,combined two different physical characteristic:both hot melt and pressure sensitive.The adhesive is coated onto carriers when it is melt,cool it down,slight force can make the adhesive provide quick bonding effect.Meanwhile HMPSA can be easily peel off,will not pollute the surfaces of the adherend. Comparting with other adhesives, HMPSA have the advantages such as high productivity ,no solvent, low public hazard, low production cost, long shelflife, ease of applying. Double sided tapes with hot melt adhesive are constructed by coating hot melt adhesive on the both sides of the carrier,then laminate a easy-peel release liner on the tape.
