Plastic bond rubber

Brief Description：P+R UV adhesive is a two-part (5:1) ,ultraviolet/visible light cure modified acrylate adhesive. Especially designed for bonding mobile phone key-press plastic keys and silicone rubber (P + R), also suitable for bonding PC, ABS key , ink key-press and electroplating process, such as buttons to silicon rubber.

Use method and matters needing attention:
1)  part A and part B according to the 5-1 weight ratio accurately weighing, mixing evenly.
2) part A and part B mixed and avoid light preservation at room temperature, the suitable time for 24 hours, during before using again, need to stir to mix well.
3) clean surface of silicone rubber, the silicone rubber or flame treatment, corona in 30 minutes glue dispensing or silk screen printing, laminating plastic keys, UV curing machine.
4) apply suitable mixture glue onto the surface of product.
5) under UV light curing, curing energy for mj 1000-1500. Placement for hours after curing bonding in order to get strength to destroy the material.
Performance after 3 min curing(365 nm uv curable ):

Elongation at break (%) : 300                   elastic modulus /N.mm‐2：2300 
Volume shrinkage rate (%) : 8.3
Tensile tests: the PC key bonded silicon rubber > 2 kg
Performance of high temperatur(（80℃，80RH）:

Artificial sweat test: put glue good key in 80% sodium chloride solution in place at 80 ℃, 80% RH environment for 48 hours not to drop the keys.Cold and hot shock (an hour of -40 ℃ to an hourof 80 ℃) :

Note:
1. This product containing acrylic acid and its ester monomer, slight irritation to skin and eyes, if accidentally splashed into eye, rinse immediately with plenty of water, there are still unwell should check to the hospital; After skin contact wash with soap and plenty of water, please.
2. The remaining glue not fall back to the original packaging, plastic dark sealed room temperature preservation.
3. Shelf life:  one year
4. Packing: 1000 g/bottle, 250 g/bottle  200 g/bottle, 50 g/bottle, can according to user needs to provide the packing.
