PP primer

Product description: BFD primer for PP PE is a one-component material surface treatment agent. It’s mainly used to improve the surface energy of PP，PE and other materials .These material is nonpolar, low surface activity, adhesive is very difficult to bond. BFD primer can greatly improve the surface activity of non-polar material, after that, BFD instant glue can bond firmly . This primer conforms to the national environmental protection requirements, good chemical stability, no yellowing.
The performance indicators:
1) Appearance: colorless, transparent, low viscosity, organic solution.
2) Stability: normal temperature preservation for six months. Neutral, non-corrosive metal for packing.
Operational guidelines:
1 )There is release agent on such as non-polar material surface, must be used to wash with the toluene.
2) The primer is coated on the surface of the non-polar material, slightly rub and dried at room temperature, with cotton swabs until the primer is volatile.
3) After primer is dry, it is recommended to use BFD instant glue.
4) Before using this primer, please advance trial, in order to avoid any mistakes. If material is changed or other special reasons, please contact with our company in a timely manner.
Note:
1) The bottle will be sealed after use.
2) This primer is flammable, must be place away from fire and heat source, stored in a cool and dry place.
3) Besmear brushs and the excess glue solution can be dip in with dishcloth to clear.
4) Shake well before use, the effect is better.
Shelf life: 6 months.
Packing: 100gm/bottle, also can according to user needs to provide the packing.
