Hardened glue

Product description: BFD UV transfer glue is a one-component adhesive curing on the plastic surface. This uv glue can rapid surface dry and debond. All kinds of plastic PMMA (acrylic, organic glass), PC, PVC, PET, such as adhesion, high surface hardness, resistance to scratching.

Curing performance: BFD UV  glue need sufficient uv energy radiation in air environment to cure. Rapid cure speed and good cure effect need to enough light energy of over 200~400 nm. Surface dry should be in 250-300 mj/cm2 for 8 ~ 10 seconds .

Directions for use:
1 )Surface preparation: The bonding surfaces must be relatively clean and dry.Contaminated surface should be cleaned with a alcohol and water mixture. A clean lint-free cloth should be used.
2) Application: Shake well before using.Apply suitable thickness glue coating to the bonding surface, that will fully coat the surface.
Note:
1) The bottle will be sealed after use.
2) Keep away from heat,sparks,open flame,pilot lights,and other sources of ignition. Use only with adequate ventilation.Avoid eye and skin contact. Avoid breathing vapor.Keep out of the reach of children.
3) If accidentally splashed into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. Please see the doctor in serious situation.
Storage: please keep in a dry room temperature environment.
