Product description: BFD3346 is a kind of a two-component material surface treatment agent. It’s mainly used to improve the PET, PP, PE and other plastic surface of UV glue, epoxy glue, instant glue of affinity, improve the sticky plastic and glue adhesion. BFD3346 is easy to operate, suitable for screen printing, also suitable for spraying.

Operational guidelines:
1) Clean the dust on the surface of the plastic, oil, water, etc.
2) AB part in a ratio of 9:1 ~ 8:1 mix and stir well, deaeration.
3) With screen printing or to use spray gun.
4) pPut in the good coating treatment of plastic 100 ℃ oven bake 30 ~ 35 minutes.
5) The processed surface of the plastic film thickness from 0.07 mm to 0.07 mm, best adhesion.
Note:
1) This product is mild irritation to eyes and skin. If accidentally splashed into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. Please see the doctor in serious situation. It is important to note that ventilation operation scene.
2) Good mixing treatment should avoid glare, and finished within 4 hours.
3) The processed plastic should be kept away from light, in order to avoid sun exposure after aging.
4) Handle good plastic should be apply and cured UV glue within 5 ~ 10 days.If storage time is too long,then treatment agent and plastic combined with tight, the higher the crosslinking density, so that UV glue will be difficult to bond.
Storage: please keep in a dry room temperature 10℃~26 ℃ environment, away from the fire source, splashing water, leak proof. Is not used to prevent the pollution treatment, there is no use after treatment may not fall back to the bottle. Shelf life is 6 months.
Packing: 250 g / 1000 g / 5000 g/bottle, also can according to user needs to provide the packing.
