Rubber primer

The primer for silicone rubber  is dedicated to the bottom of silicone rubber paste double-sided adhesive coated. This primer is not white, does not affect the product appearance, etc. This primer is widely used in various hardness of silicone rubber pads, silicone rubber accessories, such as thermal conductive silicone back double-sided adhesive, trademarks, tag. Suitable for all kinds of double-sided adhesive tape.
The performance indicators:
1) Appearance: transparent viscous liquid
2) Dense degree (25 ℃): 0.90 g/cm3
3) Stability: normal temperature preservation for six months. Neutral, non-corrosive metal for packing.
Directions for use:
1 )Surface preparation: The bonding surfaces must be relatively clean and dry.Contaminated surface should be cleaned with a alcohol and water mixture. A clean lint-free cloth should be used.
2) Application: Shake well before using.Apply a thin,uniform coating to the bonding surface using the minimun amount that will fully coat the surface.Primer may be applied with brush,swab,pressurized flow gun,knurled roller or other similar type application equipment. Allow primer to dry thoroughly before applying double tape.This is usually in 5 minutes at room temperature.Be sure the primed surface remains free from contaminates prior to laminating the tape.
Note:
1) The bottle will be sealed after use.
2) Keep away from heat,sparks,open flame,pilot lights,and other sources of ignition. Use only with adequate ventilation.Avoid eye and skin contact. Avoid breathing vapor.Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life : 3 months.
